April 1, 2024, the State of Missouri updated current laws related to the limits on dealer administrative fees. The new administrative fee limits for 2024 will now be $587.00.
The Department of Revenue will utilize 10% of this increase to fund a modernized, integrated system that will allow for up-to-date technology. This system will enable electronic title and lien creation/releases, sales tax collection by dealers, and numerous other benefits for residents in the state of Missouri.
