Absolutely amazing. I had a fiendly, informative, and quick maintenance visit with the Srrvice Department. I subscribed to the text updates and was never out of the loop. I received a personal video from the factory-trained master technician who worked on my CX-30 and knew my car was in good hands the entire time. Michael D was my service advisor, and I believe Eddie was my technician. (Please correct me if I'm wrong so I can properly thank him by name!)
