We bought a Mazda from them and then a week later they reached out and said there was more paperwork that had to be signed. When I asked to see the paperwork they emailed me a blank affidavit which made no since to me. I was then told that they would not release my title unless I signed it immediately...that day! So I bought and paid for the vehicle and signed ALL the paperwork they put in front of me and now they will not give me the title for it.

They did absolutely amazing just recently financed a car they got it ready and everything they even cleaned the vehicle out and left me with a full tank of gas, everyone up there is so kind and took care of me and tried to lower the car payments as much as they could I honestly couldn’t have chose a better dealership to go to. Drove into Mazda dealership to make appointment to have vehicle checked out for a rattling noise that just started, especially noisy on bumpy roadways. Michael got me right in and service determined cause & tightened screws. I am pleased with the service that I receive at this dealership.
I was provided with a detail diagnosis of my car. They were quite helpful and friendly. The waiting area is so comfortable with snacks, coffee and other drinks and a tv. Waiting for your car is not boring at all.

I have my car serviced here pretty religiously. Always very satisfied with the techs going above and beyond. Oil changes are priced very reasonable. I thought it was time for new brake pads, however was made aware they were still good. Most places would have charged me anyway, especially with being a woman. I was also made aware I had an oil leak, with pictures and videos as proof. 10/10 recommend. Very honest and friendly people
I've been to Mazda several times in the last year. I didn't buy my Mazda there. I was taking it to other places, and every time there was an issue I would return to Mazda for them to fix others mistakes! I'm so grateful for Michael who is always kind, polite, and to the point of what the problem was. I will not be taking my car anywhere else but Mazda from here on out!!! Absolutely amazing. I had a fiendly, informative, and quick maintenance visit with the Srrvice Department. I subscribed to the text updates and was never out of the loop. I received a personal video from the factory-trained master technician who worked on my CX-30 and knew my car was in good hands the entire time. Michael D was my service advisor, and I believe Eddie was my technician. (Please correct me if I'm wrong so I can properly thank him by name!)

I absolutely loved the service at this place. Everyone super friendly...I was told by another dealership i needed brakes. After diagnostic they let me know exactly what was needed and let.me choose the ones I wanted done. Brakes were not on the list. surprisingly. Most places would have done them and charged me anyway.... I will never go anywhere else♥️.

Service was good, however there were some issues that could be addressed. 1)There is an oil consumption recall on my vehicle that wasn’t addressed until I returned for no oil in the engine. 2)I haven’t gotten any call to repair the issue. 3) I didn’t receive any receipt documentation for the service.

Always have to tell them the service is needed. I don't travel alot but I do know that you need your oil changed once a year at least. Also being told certain services can be done at a after market shop when it cannot is not a good thing.
Roz was truly amazing and made this experience so amazing for me. I truly 100% recommended him and those at this location. I will be 49 and was able to get a car by myself for the first time
1. Was told the truck would be ready on Monday the 21st after buying it Saturday the 19th. Had to take a rental home due to not being ready. 2. Called at 3pm on the 21st and still wasn't ready with no word when it would be done. 3. No one apologized in person besides the car salesman. 4. They did print off a service receipt of the work that was done which held up it being finished. Supposedly 2k dollars on work.
They were cool at first and I did give them a good review at first but my traverse that I purchased transmission died they did fix the transmission but they have done nothing to get my 2016 Passat back on the road they had it yesterday they worked on it for 2 weeks I go to pick it up it doesn't start they jump it that's a brand new battery mind you interstate battery at that I get it home 9:00, my wife wants a mountain dew I go to start the car up to go to the gas station and ... Very thorough service. They even got my wife’s car in to check tire pressure while we waited for the service we were scheduled for to complete.
Professional and courteous in every way. Robert knows his stuff and can clearly communicate what needs to be done and why and how. Service was timely and more reasonably priced than I expected. Adrain gets top marks for superior driving and pleasant, cordial demeanor. If service is like this all the time, Machens will have a new faithful customer. I can't rate the quality of the work until I drive in torrential rain. If the sunroof doesn't leak, quality will be "very good"!

After searching for months to find a vehicle I finally landed at Joe Machens in Columbia. They made sure that all my requests for the vehicle I was purchasing were met. I was very pleased that they gave me loaner vehicles to drive while the car I purchased was being serviced. Many dealers these days sell used cars as is and refuse to address any issues customers may have. This is not the case at Machens, I appreciate the extra steps they took to make sure I was happy with my purchase.
