Just recently purchased my 2024 Mazda CX-30 Carbon Edition, and may I just say I love this car… walked in and said I need to trade my charger for something more family friendly and I was in and out with a brand new car in less than 3 hours and couldn’t be more satisfied, the customer service with all the salesman and managers were amazing… Micah the finance manager completed the rest of it smoothly and very efficiently and was very awesome to work with… I’d recommend a lot of people to them

Very good experience, but I had to question the bill. We bought an extended warranty when we bought the car, but it didn’t show until I requested it. Beautiful showroom, friendly knowledgeable people.
I came from Nebraska and this was my first time buying a car on my own so of course I went in nervous and unaware of how the entire process works but the people at Mazda of Columbia gave the guidance and comfort I was needing. I was in and out fairly quickly and left with my beautiful new car. Went in for oil change. They did a free inspection, found tires wearing faster in the front so rotated tires. Great knowing my car was looked at and an issue corrected before it became a bigger problem.
Got my Mom a car here a few months ago and everyone was great especially Shawn in Sales who went above and beyond and even asked his wife make a big Bow for the car so it would be special when they delivered it to my Mom! The Manager and Finance manager were also friendly and easy to work with.

Glenn is the MAN! He was always quick, helpful and very kind. The rest of the staff was the same way, I purchased a used car before it hit the lot and they still ordered parts to make sure it met the standards required for CPO. The part took a little longer than expected, and within 30 minutes of finding this out he got me a loaner car to use for free which was the 2024 model of my car that I bought. Very happy!
I would like to thank the Team at Machens Mazda in Columbia Mo. for a wonderful experience in purchasing of a Mazda CX 50. I actually have a Nissan, but I prefer the Mazda service dept. Have had trouble with Nissan service before and the Mazda location always found the problem and fixed it. Everyone is friendly and helpful and explain everything to where I understand what needs to be done.

She listened and was very understanding as to what we were looking for! We worked with Roz and Osman, and they were both amazing! We were able to be sent photos and videos, and have any questions we had answered before even stepping foot on the lot. I absolutely loved the service at this place. Everyone super friendly...I was told by another dealership i needed brakes. After diagnostic they let me know exactly what was needed and let.me choose the ones I wanted done. Brakes were not on the list. surprisingly. Most places would have done them and charged me anyway.... I will never go anywhere else♥️.
